Robin Burton first started his company in 1979 called Goldstall limited and in 1983 he formed a new company called Elite jewellery and in 1995 the name was changed to Modern jewellery Designs which was sold in 2004. He retired from the Goldstall in 2008 and was also a company director of Prizelook limited in Hatton Garden. Not content to sit around and retire completely, Robin decided that it was about time that the people of the world could get hold of great quality diamonds and a good price using his many contacts and friends in the industry, built up over the last 30 years.
Designing your jewellery with CAD CAM
We pride ourselves on a quality servic and with more than 10 years experience in CAD CAM we believe that we can provide you with exactly what you want and need.
Having been the first in London to take on the Gemvision Revo milling system and then the SolidScape wax building machine, it means there is no limit to our wax building capabilities.
We have two CAD operators so we can provide a consistent service. We also provides a bureau service for those who have their own software. So whether you have a sketch on a scrap of paper or a cad file ready to go, we can help with any aspect of your CAD needs. As featured in Develop 3D magazine.
ENGRAVING
We also use the latest technology for all our engraving services, allowing us to engrave a selection of sizes ranging from small charms to A4 size sheets of metal. With the benefit of running three Gravograph Engraving Machines we are able to provide a 24 hour service on 95% of our engraving work.
We can engrave on:
- Inside/ outside Rings
- I.D. Bars
- Cufflinks
- Watch Backs
- Cylindrical work (Trophies, Tankards, etc.)
It is also possible to reduce your company logo or any type of handwritten message that you want to be engraved.
